Sunday 8/14/05 CrossFight at CrossFit Racine

Time: 10AM

Place: CrossFit Racine

Workout: The warm-up will include instruction on rolling/ breakfalling techniques/progressions and an introduction to a basic hip throw. Although the workout hasn't been finalized yet, it will include traditional CF exercises with a mixture of stand up fighting drills - basic punching and kicking combos drawn from Muay Thai and western boxing.
