Saturday 1/7/06 WOD and Mini Seminar

On Saturday 1/7/06 at 9:00 A. M. there will be a mini seminar and CrossFit WOD at the Elite Athletic Development facility in Arlington Heights, IL.

Jim Inman, owner and head instructor has been kind enough to open up his facility for the next meeting. As the pictures will tell you, this facility is CrossFit friendly, Jim even has rings!!

The meeting will run approximately 3 hours. Ryan Atkins of CrossFit Racine , Larry Lindenman and I are in the process of developing the format of the meeting. All three of us toured Jim's facility recently and had some great ideas about the January meeting. We are also looking to see the interest level for a possible CrossFit program in this facility.
