Update for CrossFit seminar 1/7/06

Here is the update: Sat. 9AM to 12PM 1/7/06 at:
Elite Athletic Development
12 W. College Dr. Unit B
Arlington Heights, IL 60004

The mini seminar will cover the CrossFit concept, define fitness as well as cover the nutritional aspects of the Zone Diet. There will be short demonstrations on four movements:
1. Deadlift (Kelly Moore)
2. Squat (Ryan Atkins)
3. Push-Press (Dave Ojeda)
4. Pull-ups (Larry Lindenman)

A group workout will follow which will incorporate the movements above. The coverage of these subjects will not be extensive due to the limited amount of time (3 hours) available. But we hope this experience will address some of the questions people may have about CrossFit.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!

IS THERE ANY KIND OF PREREQUISITE FOR ATTENDING? PLAYED SPORTS AND WORKED OUT MY WHOLE LIFE, JUST LOOKING FOR A NEW WAY TO SWEAT. HAVE DONE A FEW OF THE WODS PER WEEK FOR A MONTH OR SO.
