CrossFit Elements I is off and running!!


















Well we did it!! The first group has started going through the Elements I course. Larry and I want to thank Yury, Dominick, Jim and Pat for putting out a great effort in the WOD on Tuesday night.

The WOD was as follows:

15 minutes total time: as many rounds as possible, record rounds upstairs
5 Squats
10 Sit-ups
Climb Stairs to Wallball area
5 Wallball Shots
Return downstairs to squat area

The round totals were as follows:

8 Pat
8 Dominick
6 Jim
6 Yury

The line for the night was "practice your squat, practice your squat, practice your squat......."
