Farmers Walk for fun!!

Thursday 6/22/06 CrossFit Chicago Group Class

The group was introduced to the Tabata squat protocal as well as the farmers walk. The farmers walk is a total body workout creating a great demand on the forearms.

The WOD was as follows:

For time farmers walk to each station

10 x Push Jerk
5 x Pull-ups
10 x KB Swings

Return farmers walk

5 x Pull-ups
10 x Push Jerks
