Push-jerk for fun!

Tuesday 6/6/06 CrossFit Chicago Elements I class

The focus element was the Push-Jerk and there was alot of great effort put out in the WOD.

The WOD was as follows:

15 minutes total time: as many rounds as possible

10 Push Press/Push Jerk
5 Squats
3 Pull-ups


12 Christina
12 Kele
12 Brandon
9 Denis
