The whole body movement: DEADLIFT

Thursday 6/8/06 CrossFit Chicago Elements I class

The deadlift is one of the core elements that produces an incredable whole body effect.

The WOD was as follows:

For time sets of 21 - 15- 9
(45 total reps/exercises, 135 total reps)

Reps of:

Deadlifts
Burpees
Push-press/Push Jerk
