Spring at CrossFit Chicago

I wanted to update everyone on CrossFit Chicago. At this time we continue to provide private and semi-private instruction. We do not have a gym at this time but use various gyms and home gyms for our instruction. We plan on having a one day seminar in Crossfit element if the interest is there. We will be sending out a poll later in the month to see if there is enough interest.
